Cancellation & Refunds

This page explains how cancellation works for Sitecheckly subscription plans. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel a paid plan at any time from your account page, or through your PayPal account. No reason is required, and cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
2. What happens after you cancel
After cancelling, your plan remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for. It will not renew after that, and your account then returns to the free plan. Your saved data stays with your account unless you delete it.
3. Billing
Subscriptions are billed through PayPal at the start of each billing period. Because access is provided for the full period, payments for a period that has already started are generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
4. Free plan
The free plan is always free and requires no payment, so nothing needs to be cancelled.
