Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Sitecheckly (“Sitecheckly”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. The service
Sitecheckly provides automated SEO and AEO (answer engine optimization) audits, scheduled monitoring and related reports for websites. Results are generated from public data and third-party APIs and are provided for informational purposes.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- audit or monitor websites you do not own or do not have permission to test;
- use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of others’ rights;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer or circumvent the service, its security or its usage limits;
- resell, redistribute or provide the service to third parties except as expressly permitted by your plan.
4. Plans and billing
Sitecheckly offers a free plan and optional paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed through PayPal and renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; see our Cancellation & Refunds page for details.
5. Your content and our content
You retain rights to the data and websites you submit. Sitecheckly and its name, logo, software and the look and feel of the service remain our property. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.
6. Third-party data and accuracy
Audit results depend on public information and third-party services (such as Google PageSpeed Insights and Qualys SSL Labs). We do not control these sources and do not guarantee that results are complete, accurate or always available. Reports are not professional, legal or financial advice.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that using it will produce any particular search ranking, traffic or visibility outcome.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sitecheckly will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue or profits, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service if these Terms are violated or to protect the service and its users. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above, and continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
